Lisalisa Manobal has had quite the fashion transformation. When you look back at old photos of BLACKPINK from 2016, Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo and Rosé are all in colour-blocked skater skirts and matching pussy bow blouses, a teeny bopper wardrobe for a band still figuring out their style. Since then, however, their fashion credentials have flourished, and none more so than Lisa, who became a house ambassador for Celine in 2020, attended  Prada’s AW20 show as a guest of honour, alongside Mrs P herself, and was eventually anointed as the face of Louis Vuitton in 2024.

To celebrate her 29th birthday – and mark her ascension to fashion icon status – we’re looking back at all of Lisa’s greatest style moments, of which there are many. Of course, her relationship with Louis Vuitton has been a fruitful one, and arguably the arena for her most daring looks, like when she turned up at the house’s AW24 show in a gilded military jacket, leather hot pants and hair slicked to her face. Outside of her ambassadorships, the singer has also shown a lot of love to Miss Sohee couture, wearing a floral-inspired corset gown to the premiere of The White Lotus, and a leather and lace gothic ensemble to the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscars Party. From Mugler at the VMAs, Jacquemus at the Golden Globes, and Louis Vuitton for her Met Gala debut, Lisa has had the last couple of years on lock – and we’re expecting even bigger things to come.
