At this point, Alex Consani should be on payroll at Dazed. It’s not interns, editors or front-end developers clocking in the most hours at this mag – it’s a 22-year-old fashion model from Sonoma County, California. Every single fashion week – be it London, New York, Paris or Milan – Consani becomes the unofficial star of Dazed’s social media accounts, appearing on our TikTok page more times than even we’ve been able to count. It’s partly down to Marios Mystidis cornering her with an iPhone each season, dutifully fulfilling his tasks as head of fashion (comma social). But, for the most part, it’s down to Consani’s wit, energy and magnetic presence, a force to be reckoned with backstage at any show. Ring light and iPhones naturally flock to her, a fact the model often basks in. “I love to be on camera, and make jokes, make people laugh,” Consani tells us in her dA-Zed Guide, dropped alongside her Autumn 2025 cover.

Considering the extreme amount of hours Consani has already worked for us, it’s difficult to believe that this is her first-ever Dazed cover. The model even alluded to the insane shift she’s put in for us when shooting it. “If you know you know, I’ve been making videos with Dazed for so long”, she says elsewhere in the video.
