The scene may have looked a lot different back in 1984, but the inaugural London Fashion Week marked the beginning of a new era for our industry here in the UK. To celebrate that long legacy, current LFW partner 1664 Blanc are hosting a series of panel discussions in the Cinema at Selfridges, featuring NEWGEN talents Saul Nash, Tolu Coker and Aaron Esh. There’ll also be the opportunity to hear from industry insiders too, as well as workshops with stylists and trend forecasters, all taking place from February 13-24. Lensed by David Sims, the portraits capture Chloé names like Jerry Hall and Natalia Vodianova in various locations across Paris, and also feature the maison’s newly tweaked, slimline logo. Ahead of its Co-Ed runway at Milan Fashion Week, the label has announced that it will live stream preparation for the show in its entirety. That’s the casting, styling, ateliers and runway, all broadcast live, 24 hours a day, from February 18 to 21. Additionally, 1000 lucky members of the public will be invited to “interactively participate” at the show digitally, no matter their location. The free e-tickets drop February 13 on diesel.com on a first come, first served basis, and the show takes place on February 21.
