Dazed Digital: What inspires you?Damir Doma: My inspiration comes from arts, architecture, anatomy. Sometimes it's just a pure emotion, a feeling. DD: How do you feel you have progressed in your own designs?Damir Doma: In the last three seasons I discovered the core of my work! I tried to eliminate the unecessary and concentrate on the essentials of my vision. The collection is soft, pure and also kind of raw! I started to create my own classics trough the last seasons. DD: What are the difficulties faced as a designer today?Damir Doma: I don't see difficulties! I see chances! I believe that at this moment the whole fashion industry is changing so much. It's important to understand the fashion structure and to be as creative on the business side as we are on the design side.it's crucial to have a vision on both!DD: Where do you want to be in ten years?Damir Doma: I am going to create the Damir Doma universe.
