At the height of The White Lotus fever, she tapped Beatrice Grannò and Simona Tabasco, who play Mia and Lucia on the show, to front the brand’s Valentine’s campaign; when unidentified flying objects were being shot down over US airspace, she hit up Harmony Korine to lens a campaign of bikini-clad alien lifeforms; and now, after the success of her smash-hit second album SOS and a sold out North American tour, SZA is the brand new face of Skims. In the first two shots for the Fits Everybody campaign, the US megastar sports auburn looks while cavorting in flesh toned bras and matching underwear. For the second set of images she switches to opaque black tights and a jet black leotard, with dark tresses to match. Apart from starring in a campaign for Gap back in 2018 and another one for Calvin Klein in 2020, SZA generally shies away from putting her face to fashion stuff, so Kim bagging her for this campaign is even more of a coup. SZA joins an illustrious roster of Skims stars that also includes out-of-work Victoria’s Secret Angels Tyra Banks, Alessandra Ambrosio, Heidi Klum, and Candice Swanepoel, goth girlfriends Megan Fox and Kourtney Kardashian, and iconic British supermodel Kate Moss.
