Re-creating the atmosphere of the label’s SS20 menswear collection which took place on an awe-inspiring beach runway in Malibu (attended by the likes of Miley Cyrus, Luka Sabbat and Keanu Reeves) this shoot was inspired by both Vaccarello’s relaxed but luxurious tailoring and the mood of a surfer rave. Vaccarello took inspiration for the collection from the after hours glam of Mick Jagger’s 1975 tour wardrobe and this shoot, styled by Dazed’s very own Fashion Director Emma Wyman recreats the same hazy allure – California beach cool mixed with rock star behaviour.
