Prada is heading to Japan to show its 2021 resort collection

The latest in a series of global destinations selected by the brand, this is the first time the Italian house will be presenting in the country

Prada is heading to Japan next year to present its 2021 resort collection. Taking place on May 21 2020, the location for the show is yet to be confirmed.

Although this will be the first time the Italian house will stage a show in the country, the move is the latest in a series of global destinations selected by the brand. Prada showed its last resort collection at The Piano Factory in New York, before presenting its men's SS20 ready-to-wear collection in Shanghai back in June.

This resort season will also see the Italian house MaxMara present in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg, with Chanel confirming that it will be heading to the island of Capri to debut its latest Cruise collection.
