But if there’s one thing that will get us moving quicker than finding out there’s a load of uber-discounted old Celine on sale at our local TK Maxx, or that Martin Margiela just sacked off his anonymity to release a tell-all book and he’s doing a signing at WH Smith right now, it’s the appearance of a dog. It’s not just us though. Fashion has a longstanding love affair with cute canines: just take the likes of Marine Serre, Gauntlett Cheng, and Shayne Oliver of Hood By Air, who have all sent furry, four-legged models down the runway for example (and yes, we know they’re for life and not just for fashion week). Now, after a late night spent endlessly scrolling through Instagram, we’ve uncovered an account fusing fashion and grade A* dog content that you’re likely to want to hit follow on (see: definitely want to hit follow on). While some people like to dress their animals in novelty costumes and those little boots that literally none of them are capable of walking in, others seemingly prefer going in a more haute couture direction. Step forward @dogsinrick, which documents man’s best friend wearing – surprise! – Rick Owens. Ranging from tiny cocker spaniels tucked inside tote bags and pugs wearing the avant-garde designer’s signature Geobasket sneakers, to a whole host of pups in t-shirts, hoodies, vests, and even sandals taken from Owens’ collab with Birkenstock, there is no end to the high fashion-loving good boys making up the feed. As the anonymous founder puts it “They flex harder in Rick than you ever will”. But it’s not just furry fit pics on the agenda: there are also handy hints from the doggos as to sizing up or down in certain pieces, as well as references to various shows and their themes. If this isn’t what Instagram was made for, we don’t know what is. @dogsinrick Expand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MOREEBiT is looking for models who speak openly about mental healthValentino is doubling down on its controversial RockstudVCARBMeet the young creatives VCARB is getting into F1Hot pants, pubes and protest tees: The 2025 trend report is hereSalomon SportstyleLord Apex brings together community for 20 years of Salomon’s ACS PROThe designer making clothes with wool from gay sheepHeron Preston: ‘Almost losing your brand, you start to hate everything’Meet Bhavitha Mandava, the history-making, hobbymaxxing Chanel modelInside Michaela Stark’s provocative, Leigh Bowery-inspired 2026 calendarBlink and you’ll miss ‘em: Dario Vitale’s greatest Versace hitsTimothée and Kylie really need you to know that they’re still togetherMartine Rose: ‘Limits are good, but I like breaking the rules’
