See Cardi B, Cara D, Jared Leto (and his head) backstage at the Met Ball

You couldn’t have missed it – in case you did, read more: here, here, and here – but on Monday night, the 2019 Met Ball took place in New York. 

Themed around ‘Camp’, all your faves descended on the Metropolitan Museum of Art to put their best glittering shoe forward. Behind-the-scenes, photographer Andrew Tess snapped the guests in their variety of looks. 

Featuring the likes of Jared Leto (and his own severed head), Katy Perry (as a burger), and Joan Collins (just being inherently camp), the images also see Cardi B in her giant Thom Browne gown and Kacey Musgraves cosplaying as Barbie. And don’t forget a seven-eyed (yes, really) Ezra Miller!
