Always edgy and never basic, her designs were characterized by cascading ruffles, fluid and asymmetrical lines, chiffon, ruched fabrics, jersey and splashes of bold colours (bright red and crisp white) on a monotone palate, all of which combined for an unexpectedly feminine result.
