Wrong. Scott has launched a collaboration with luxury French vodka brand Cîroc at Milan Fashion Week. The news of the partnership follows some of Scott’s other unlikely collections, which included a collab with Candy Crush last year. Cîroc x Moschino is a merge of two equally playful luxury brands which includes a limited-edition bottle design. So, while the collaboration doesn’t include clothing, but we wouldn’t be surprised if Scott did feature Cîroc in an upcoming collection. For the campaign, he recruited Wizkid, models River Viiperi and Golden Barbie, as well as actress Thando Thabethe. When discussing the collaboration, Jeremy Scott said, “I love the cheeky, playful nature of Cîroc. It connects perfectly with my approach to both life and fashion, so the partnership felt natural; there’s such synergy.” He continued, “I design a lot around personal, customised twists so it’s great to bring this into the partnership too. It’s been fun to bring together our bold take on luxury and I can’t wait to see what the year holds.” To celebrate the collaboration, over the next year the influencers and recording artist Cassper Nyovest will be joining Scott for a series of events across the globe. The announcement comes right before Scott is due to present his SS19 collection at Milan Fashion Week tonight. Escape the algorithm!
