In addition to lending his creative eye to the shoot, the German photographer also stars in the images alongside Palace poster boys Blondey McCoy, Lucien Clark, and other members of the Wayward Boys Choir. In typically offbeat Teller style, this isn't a straightforward lookbook, as he offers up some unexpected moments; a pair of polished snakeskin loafers lie in a puddle in one shot, while in others, the boys accessorise their looks with ceramic plates, held up to the camera. Elsewhere, the legendary photographer perches on top of a stack of them, wearing a v fetching combo of white track top and bright, lime green shorts. If you were wondering why, teller translates from German to mean ‘plate’. So now you know why they keep cropping up in his work. The rest of the collection features 90s-esque colourblocked outerwear, as well as some abstract printed shirts and high-waisted, faded jeans. Basically, imagine your dad on holiday circa 1993 and you’ve just about got the picture. Vibey. The SS18 collection will launch on February 7 online and in Palace stores.
