Last season the inimitable men’s creative director of Vuitton, Kim Jones, teamed up with art world enfant terribles and long-time Dazed collaborators, Jake and Dinos Chapman (aka The Chapman Brothers), to create a surreal safari-themed collection featuring prints of the brothers’ zoological illustrations. Updating the classic monogram by making it punk as leather chokers with padlocks and worn with safety pin earrings, Jones presented his idea of outfits for “the gentleman traveller” for SS17.
