When the shows end for the day, the real action begins – with designers and collectives making the most of the crowds who have flocked to their city to throw momentous parties. Paris-based, Russian-born photographer Yulya Shadrinsky (who you may remember for shooting the Gucci Gang for us earlier this year) was in town in New York and Paris this September, and turned her camera to the fashion crowd’s nocturnal activities. Capturing the characters at Alexander Wang’s riotous #wangfest after-party (where guests were treated to McDonald’s and snacks from 7/11), Telfar’s post-show bash at White Castle restaurant, and Ghetto Gastro’s Waffles & Models PFW blowout, her images are a candid take on fashion week after dark.
