Yep, in just a couple of months, Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie will hit the big screen. Today, the film’s first full-length trailer has been released which, among cameos from the likes of Stella McCartney and GoT star Gwendoline Christie, features supermodel Kate Moss. Unfortunately, things don’t go too well for Kate – she topples from a balcony into the River Thames. It was Eddie’s fault and, as a result, the fashion world turns on her (Stella McCartney even throws a brick through her window). Hounded by the press, she and Patsy flee to the south of France “where everyone’s a criminal”. Kate and Stella aren’t the only members of the fashion community to make an appearance in the film: designer Jean Paul Gaultier also stars, alongside models Jourdan Dunn, Lara Stone, Lily Cole and fashion critic Suzy Menkes. Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie is scheduled to hit UK cinemas on July 1, 2016. Escape the algorithm! Get The DropEmail address SIGN UP Get must-see stories direct to your inbox every weekday.
