Hannah Mac Gibbon’s second outing at the helm of Chloe is a step in the right direction.  Eveningwear is strongest, sumptuous velvet pieces in black; bottle green and navy give an air of luxury.  Daytime comes soft and baggy with drawn in belted waists producing a relaxed eighties silhouette.  Photography by Clement Dauvent.
