Palette cleanser: There is something sensitive yet pragmatic about Howell’s quintessentially English approach to menswear, and today’s softly tailored pinstripe suiting and cable-detailed knitwear cemented this. These were palette cleanser pieces, in silhouettes that balanced fitted and relaxed. The boilersuit that’s been popping up everywhere over the last few days also made an appearance in black. How it was worn: With roll necks under everything, sweaters and cardigans tucked into belted, cropped trousers, accent socks and utilitarian khaki backpacks.
