After providing the trippy visuals that played out in Hunter Original’s SS15 showspace – the site of an old swimming pool – artist Mat Maitland has collaborated with the brand once more. This time it's on their AW14 campaign video, premiering here exclusively. In the film, something of a sequel to the Viviane Sassen lensed campaign, a gang of models stalk across a hypersaturated landscape – one of Maitland’s pop surrealist collages come to life. Recalling the water-covered catwalk at the AW14 show, heeled rubber boots stomp through puddles, whilst the animal friends who showed up in the campaign also make a cameo. The stand out look? A slick black belted trench, recalling the fetishist’s favourite rubber mackintosh.
