Asymmetric and oversized: VETEMENTS offered up a collection of asymmetric lines and exaggerated shapes that saw their models play dress up with clothes seemingly several sizes too big – in this case bigger was certainly better. From cuffs hanging out of jacket sleeves to trouser hems so long it’s a wonder the models didn’t trip over, this collection was all about playing with form. Knitted tops saw one arm bare and the other covered, and tailoring on dresses and jumpsuits continued the lopsided feel. Subtle is sexy: Despite their love of androgynous cuts, SS15 saw a sexier side to the VETEMENTS woman, with sober shapes punctuated by hip skimming slits along skirts. Stylist Lotta Volkova Adam (who also walked in the show) built on the sexual cliché of the coat with nothing underneath it, pairing slick patent thigh high boots with a billowing camel trench – staying on the right side of sexy by offering up only a peek of bare skin.
