Graphic undressing: After the openers progressed into papery Tyvek looks paired with white trainers, SS15 took a turn down a more colourful and graphic road: airy parachute anoraks and coats were fastened around the girls’ hips to act as skirts, trailing behind them – a fun play on undressing. Stand-out pieces included takes on American football jerseys, some shown within the classic Lacoste polo t-shirt silhouette. Modernised classics: Distorted team number prints were blown up and oversized, and placed strategically on tops to achieve a fluid graphic print, rather than just a number on a jersey. Lacoste's updates on its sportswear classics breezed down the runway to a soundtrack of Tweet's track featuring Missy Elliott, "Oops (Oh My)" and Ciara's "Goodies" remixed by Kingdom. The soundtrack to Lacoste SS15: Last season Lacoste brought us a modern take on 1920s golf attire in block burgundies, navies, creams and graphic prints.
