Neale packed up his bags, leaving London's boroughs for a sunny Martin Parr version of the Med.
How they wore it:
As models prepared for take off, key pieces from the brand's classic range – boxy, denim jackets and tailored shorts – were screen printed with airplane safety cards. Coca Cola was served on board in a collaboration with the iconic brand's image; printed alongside beach-style cacti on overalls, bomber jackets and bottle-top earrings.
Mile high club:
“I wanted to get off the cliche of going to the next London borough, so we were like, ‘Let’s go on holiday!’. So, it’s this sort of adolescent teenage Kit Neale boy who’s been dragged on holiday with his parents to the Mediterranean. To start with, there were quite a lot of the strong references from the Ibiza club poster exhibition at the ICA and Martin Parr, and we flew to Barcelona for four days. My dad was a keen sailor so we used to go on sailing holidays – he sailed across the Atlantic! I fucking hate sailing...” – Kit Neale.
