Sources say that her assistant discovered her body. Police are ruling out foul play at this time, but the Medical Examiner's Office will officially determine the cause of death. Scott left no note. Earlier this year, the 47-year-old cancelled her AW14 show at London Fashion Week after production delays meant that key items would not be made in time for the show. Scott, a former model, was spotted by Bruce Weber at a Calvin Klein photo shoot aged 17 and went on to work for Chanel, Thierry Mugler as well as photographers like David Bailey and Guy Bourdin. From there, Scott became a stylist, designing costumes for films like Eyes Wide Shut and Ocean's 13, as well as styling celebrities like Madonna before she made the leap into designing. Our thoughts are with her friends and family. Escape the algorithm! Get The DropEmail address SIGN UP Get must-see stories direct to your inbox every weekday. Privacy policy Thank you.
