FashionShowRichard Nicoll AW14Glitter mesh knitwear, blue fur skirts and patent sci-fi heels for modernist aliensShareLink copied ✔️February 16, 2014FashionShowTextIsabella BurleyPhotographyLea ColomboRichard Nicoll AW14 Initial reaction: Modernist aliens. Space age details: Clumpy heels constructed in sci-fi shapes with velvet and patent details, and metallic slip on flats. Surface area: Mesh-like knitwear covered in glitter and patches of sequins that morphed over pale blue sweaters. Denim, leather and fur cropped up everywhere and in unexpected pieces – like a pristine baby blue fur pencil skirt. Trousers came spliced with chiffon and skirts with leather. Stand out look: A glitter mesh dress in gold and earthy brown worn with a blood red mink fur collar. Soundtrack: Dreamy, spaced out sounds by Bjork and Johannesburg Regnier.
