Mercedes-Benz Focus: Altewaisaome

With a background in Italy's most prestigious ateliers, Swedish-hailed designers Natalia Altewai and Randa Saome have really come into their stride. ALTEWAISAOME was launched by the pair in 2009, and derived Scandinavian influences from Sweden's own home style as well as plucking inspiration from international high-end fashion.

For SS14, ALTEWAISAOME deployed modern and clean-cut structural aesthetics. Adhering to a muted palette of swathes of black, patent navy and Grecian whites – oversized luxe sweaters and leather pencil skirts poured onto the runway. The pair explain, "We tried to show a stronger woman that is sexy, elegant and very confident." ALTEWAISAOME is all grown up.
