Creaky and creepy, the show took place within the building's original glazed, partitioned rooms upstairs, clinical lighting contrasting with the period architecture. Before the show, downstairs, there was a champagne reception with moody red lighting, the room trailing off into unlit corners. The rare roast beef canapés matched the bloody illumination.WORDS OVERHEARD OF THE DAY: At Margaret Howell, regarding a young man's grey wig: "He's only doing that because of Warhol. I'd rather be shot than stabbed."SOUNDTRACK OF THE DAY:The Avalanches mash-up, composed by Hanna Hanra at James Long.
