So I tried to put different 'types' of shine in the look. Starting with luminous, shiny skin, by using vitalumiere foundation and avoiding powder (except for the T-zone)I did a 'metallic' shine on the eyes, by using a full cover layer of "Illusion d'Ombre". I applied first a black eyeliner with "Stylo Yeux Waterproof - Ebène" on and under the eye and different layers of black mascara "Inimitable Waterproof - Black". The "Illusion d'Ombre" goes all over the eyelid up until the softly drawn eyebrow and under the eye from the inner corner all the way under the eye, passing the eyeliner. Then I did a 'glossy' shine on the lips by using "Lèvres Scintillantes - Plaisir" on top of a dsh of "Rouge Allure - Gracile".On the nails we did a discrete, shiny french manicure, using "LE VERNIS - Ballerina". For this show I exclusively created a platinum shade of Ilusion d'Ombre which you can apply sheer, for a subtile luminous effect, or for a metallic result you can put a thick layer."
