UK style has always punched way above its weight globally, inversely proportionate to our island's geographic imprint; a breeding ground of eccentrics, visionaries and rebels with a wilful disregard for playing safe - and Dazed has always focused its attention on the emerging talents. In celebration of the new calendar, Dazed presents RISE Menswear SS13, encouraging new collections to meet editorial from the very offset. Three 2012 graduates selected by the Dazed fashion team; Alex Mullins, Claire Barrow and Craig Green, are paired with Dazed contributing imagemakers; Alex Sainsbury, Fumi Nagasaka and Zoe Hitchen to create a short fashion film in the spirit of each collection.Always championing new talent, the films are featured on a special Dazed Digital project site and will be screened on-schedule at London Collections: Men, in collaboration with the British Fashion Council. The films will screened at the Hospital Club Saturday June 16th, as part of the London Collections: Men shows. There will be three screenings all in all: 15.00pm, 15.30pm and 16.00pm Escape the algorithm! Get The DropEmail address SIGN UP Get must-see stories direct to your inbox every weekday.
