In response to Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, and Jake Gyllenhaal admitting their sporadic bathing habits, the rapper tweeted: “Wassup with people saying they don’t shower? It’s giving itchy.” Now – providing evidence of her washing routine – Cardi B has posted a photo of her bathroom shelf on Twitter. “Would you shower at my place?” she captioned the post. Based on the image, our answer is yes. Stacked on the rapper’s overflowing shelf is an assortment of drugstore favourites, including eight containers of Dove body wash, eight bars of Dove soap, two big tubs of Vaseline, four Degree deodorants, two jars of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula, three bottles of Lubriderm lotion, and a collection of body scrubs. Otherwise, the photo shows Dr. Teals Kids’ Melatonin 3-in-1 body wash and Elderberry & Vitamin C Epsom Salt – presumably for the rapper’s daughter, Kulture. TBH, we’re just happy Cardi B is leading the initiative for celebrity cleanliness. Earlier this year, the musician announced that she’s launching her own hair care range which will aim to “educate” people about Afro-Latina hair. “This year I will be coming out with a hairline that I been working on at home for my hair and my daughters,” she stated on Instagram. “I think it’s time for people to educate themselves on nationality, race, and ethnicity. Being Hispanic/Latina don’t make your hair long, don’t make your skin light, or don’t make your face features slim.” Elsewhere, Cardi B and Normani recently dropped the music video for their song “Wild Side” – we rounded up the best beauty looks here. Today (August 13), Lizzo released her much-anticipated single “Rumors” which features the rapper – the music video sees her performing in a high fashion breastplate.
