Specifically, fans responded negatively to news that she would be cancelling upcoming shows due to reported complications with some of her procedures. “I do whatever the fuck I want to do with my body,” she said via Instagram live. “My job as an entertainer is a 24-hour job, bro. So no, I don't have time to work out. I wanted specific things that I know that no matter how much I work out won't get fixed.” “You know, I hate cancelling shows because I love money,” she continued. “I’m a money addict, and I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows … like I’m cancelling millions of dollars in shows. But like, health is wealth, so I have to do what I have to do. My breasts gotta fucking heal, and it is what it is.” If that wasn’t enough, the singer has now responded with some unapologetic nude images that celebrate and show off her brand new body. Coinciding with the release of her hotly anticipated single ‘Press’, the images feature a bodacious, bootilicious looking Cardi being guided through a sea of paparazzi, handcuffed, nude, her modesty covered only by a long wig and black censorship bar saying “Press” concealing where the money really is. In anticipation of the release, Cardi tweeted the infamous mugshot of serial killer Aileen Wuornos (remember Charlize Theron in Monster? That one.) who she later references in another image where she rests her cuffed hands under her face in a courtroom. Released earlier today, “Press” has already broken the record for the fastest track to reach US Itunes’ Top 100 (in 50 minutes). Damn, Mama Cardi sure has been busy. Escape the algorithm!
