The singer and front row regular will take on the role following in the footsteps of other acclaimed ambassadors such as Juliane Moore and Jane Fonda. The news comes after Dion hinted at a possible brand collaboration during Couture Week in Paris, where she wore a hoodie with the words “I’m Worth It” printed on the front. Dion’s debut appearance with the brand will launch on April 22 with a campaign for the L’Oréal Excellence Hair Colour. Speaking in the official press release, Dion said: “I want everyone to feel that they have the right to express themselves, whether it is through fashion and beauty, by using their voice or through something else that’s important to them.” She goes on to say, “The world is changing, and L’Oréal Paris is part of that in a positive way since the brand is telling women that there is nothing wrong in realising their dreams and speaking their mind.” Escape the algorithm!
