Christian Dior Spring 2003 Ready-to-Wear Collection

Dramatic eye looks accompanied the fluorescents, khakis and metallics that were sent down the runway for Dior SS03. Overblown exaggerated lashes were framed by pencil-thin arching brows and diamante-studded lids, and paired with glossy red lips, all courtesy of Mother Pat.

Thick, bold, black and stuck on, it was all about supersize brows this season, inspired by none other than Joan Crawford. Complementing this was oversized beauty spots decorating the face as well as a boatload of blush and drag-inspired lips.

Inspired by a trip to Vienna, Galliano’s couture fall 2004 show for Dior was fit for a queen with beauty to match. Faces were powdered, beauty spots were drawn, and lips were tiny and heart-shaped.
