In Channel 4 comedy show My Mad Fat Diary, Nico Mirallegro plays Finn Nelson – the sensitive friend and sometime lover of 16-stone Rae Earl. Now he appears in a video for New Zealand-based Bella Union indie three-piece Tiny Ruins, where he's just as sweet while getting slowly sozzled with a gang of older guys. My Mad Fat Diary co-star Ian Hart plays his frenemy as the crew pour vodka down Mirallegro's throat in a lads' night out which starts to reveal itself as a tense, near-vindictive initiation ritual.
