There’s a lot of soul-destroying videos out there. For instance, this one, where grown human beings cried on camera about how sad gay marriage made them feel. Or this one, where pharma rat Martin Shkreli threatened to “erase” Ghostface Killah while sipping smugly on some wine. There’s thousands – millions, even – but now, finally, we may have found the absolute worst of all of them.

Simply titled “A concerned Alberta mother raps her thoughts on the 'transgender Guidelines' 1”, this three-minute video materialised mysteriously on YouTube yesterday evening, with hardly any reason or explanation. All we know is what Raw Story have reported, which is that it features an Alberta Christian called MH Weibe, who’s apparently really darn sick of all this “gender bender” stuff. We know she’s sick of it, because she’s rapping about it: spitting rhymes about the animal kingdom, her children and anti-trans bathroom bills.

“I am a concerned mother of three, keep male and female washrooms where our children can pee,” she raps. “If we can’t address male and female, we’ve lost our purpose, in life we fail / If our children lose their identity, this will be sad for our future you see.”

Given the fact that April Fools’ day is still over a week away, it seems like this could actually be a genuine piece of footage – and YouTube viewers are really not thrilled by that reality. “My vomit just vomited,” wrote user Rand0m411. “Please stay on that side of the Atlantic,” added Julia_Hutchinson. Some, however, are being surprisingly supportive. “Mic drop,” wrote Dusty_Nesmith. “Looks like the liberals just got pwned.”
