Complete with many a makeshift mobile soundsystem and neon feathered outfit, (and not to be too sentimental about it) it's a time for most of London to get together and just enjoy. However, with the recent spate of patchy weather, there’s a strong chance of this year's festival being a washout. Not to worry though, as White Kids - aka Kevin Morosky and Radi Dadi with the help of Martelo - have come to the rescue in providing us with an exclusive mixtape so that you can experience the carnival from the convenience of your bed or even in Alaska mid-February. The guys also run a night alongside Martelo called Bounty, which is held every third week of the month at the Old Blue last - playing the best in Hip-Hop, R'n'B and related guilty pleasures. We spoke to Kevin about previous carnival outings and what else is coming up for White Kids.Dazed Digital: What would you say your best memory of carnivals past would be?Kevin Morosky: Red Bull Carnival party all of us on stage with Major Lazer, Robin, dancing to pon di floor. Amazing time.DD: Do you have any tips for first-timers?Kevin Morosky: Go in a big group, keep together, stay open minded. DD: Your exhibition 'Juice' just opened, could you tell us a little about it?Kevin Morosky: It's a Joint exhibition, between myself and Yael Fachler, commenting on body language via two very different styles of photography. Its on at the 242 Gallery, from the 26th-30 August. DD: What else does the Bounty team have in store for us in the coming weeks?Kevin Morosky: More parties, More mix tapes, introducing more unknown Djs DD: If money were no issue, who would be your ideal headliner for Bounty?Kevin Morosky: We already had Sticky for Radi Dadi's birthday last month, that was amazing, erm maybe DJ EZ? To be honest Bounty has always been about good music and having a family vibe. I think we maintain this vibe via our really good DJs and sometimes those DJs are not well known. So as long as that keeps happening we never really think about it.Mixtape by Martelo & Radi DadiTRACKLISTDestra - IT'S CARNIVAL (intro) Bounty Killer & Barrington Levy - LIVING DANGEROUSLY KENNY MEEZ REMIX Drake - Find Your Love Diddy-Dirty Money Ft T.I. - Hello Good Morning (Acapella) Version - Buzz Riddim Cobra - Press Trigger Elephant Man - War With We Sean Paul - Gimme The Light Beenie Man - Toy Friend South Rakkas Crew - Red Alert T.O.K. - Let It Shine Marshall, Wayne - Check Yourself Bounty Killer - Raging Storm Sean Paul - Ever Blazing Beenie Man - Miss Lap T.O.K - Money To Burn Sean Paul - Like Glue Tanto Metro and Devonte - Everyone Falls in Love Sometimes Sean Paul - Nah Get No Bligh Buju Banton - Up Close And Personal Shabba Ranks - Ting A Ling Simpleton - Coca Cola Bokkle Shape Singing Sweet - When I See You Smile Capleton - In Her Heart Bling Dawg - We Roll Tanya Stephens - Dis Gal Ya Fr3E - Tribal Skank (Smutlee Riddim Blend) Suncycle - No More feat.
