Thibaut Berland has brought joy to our ears with his happy-go-lucky remixes for PNAU and Justice, typically enjoyable electro tracks reworked with his signature slap bass and tinkly bits that got a million blogger kids dancing. His own songs, always unashamedly romantic and often filled with the sound of crickets in the intros, feature his funky basslines and crooning vocals which never cease to make you smile. Sounding cheerful and naive, his songs named 'Happy Rabbit', or 'Summer Party' on Moshi Moshi fused classic French House sounds with the new breeds of electro, 80s funk, and feelgood pop.
