Following the release of the joint album Crest earlier this year, Bladee is back with a new solo record, Spiderr, out September 30. 

Cryptic as always, the Swedish artist announced the release via Instagram stories with a link to the music video for new single “Drain Story“, directed by fellow Drain Gang member Ecco2k and produced by Whitearmor. In the video, Bladee is wandering through his hometown Stockholm, singing: “Can’t fit in with the normies/ If being drainy is a sin, Lord, forgive me.“

The announcement follows on from last year’s solo album The Fool, which landed in Dazed’s best albums of 2021. Watch the new video for “Drain Story” below, and revisit our interview with Drain Gang producer Whitearmor here.
