Now, the singer has continued the pattern, dropping another music video on the release date for her latest album, Happier Than Ever. The visuals for the record’s title track see Eilish performing down the phone in a plush, sun-drenched room. She’s then tasked with escaping the house as it dramatically floods and everything goes dark, finishing with an emotional performance on the roof. In an Instagram statement on yesterday’s Happier Than Ever release, Eilish writes: “This was the most fulfilling most satisfying and profound experience I’ve ever had with my music.” “Finneas and I were just on cloud 9 making this album I feel... I love every song on this project so so much it literally scares me thinking about putting it out into the world for anyone to listen to.” Ahead of the album, she also released music videos for the singles “NDA”, “My Future”, “Therefore I Am”, “Your Power”, and “Lost Cause”. However, she says that the self-directed visual for “Happier Than Ever” is the “best video I’ve ever made”. Watch below.
