Although the track was first released way back in 2016 on her Coconut Oil EP, it’s proven to be one of Lizzo’s most enduring songs. Its video, directed by Alan Ferguson, takes place at Louisiana’s Southern University and sees Lizzo perform with the university’s Human Jukebox Marching Band. “This is a special moment for me,” Lizzo wrote on Instagram. “Took a trip to Baton Rouge and was blessed by the Human Jukebox and the fabulous dancing dolls at Southern University.” This isn’t the first time the song has received a music video – the original was released when the single first dropped. In October, she shared a remix of the song featuring Ariana Grande, addding to its continued success. Watch the new “Good as Hell” video below. Escape the algorithm!
