Lana Del Rey says her new album should be out ‘in two months’

Lana revealed the news about Normal Fucking Rockwell, her long-awaited fifth album, at a gig in Dublin

Lana Del Rey’s long-anticipated new album Normal Fucking Rockwell should hopefully be out soon. During a gig at Dublin’s Malahide Castle on Saturday, where she also performed her Sublime cover live for the first time, Del Rey told the crowd: “I hope you like the new record, it’s coming out in two months.”

Del Rey first announced Norman Fucking Rockwell last September when she dropped its first single, “Mariners Apartment Complex”. Since then, she’s detailed her poetry book, which she plans to sell for $1, and has debuted a number of new songs, including the single “hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have – but i have it” and a handful of “country” songs that she performed live, but the album has eluded fans. Hopefully, they won’t have to wait much longer. Dazed has approached Lana Del Rey’s publicist for comment.
