Dubbed the #InMyFeelingsChallenge, the dance craze began when comedian and Internet personality Shoker, who's behind the Instagram account @theshiggyshow, posted a video of himself dancing to “In My Feelings”. Captioned “#Mood: KEKE Do You Love Me?” (one of the more quotable lyrics from “In My Feelings”, Shoker lets loose on the world so pretty killer moves that have inspired people all across Twitter and Instagram to partake in the challenge. Things really took off when the hashtag #DoTheShiggy (in reference to Shoker’s Instagram handle) also popped up on Twitter and Instagram shortly after Shoker’s post went up. Videos showing little kids, a teen exiting a shop and dancing to the car radio, a whole team of newscasters, and even American football star Odell Beckham Jr. have gotten in the on the dance challenge. This is the second time Drake has inadvertently inspired a dance craze — remember the glory days of “Hotline Bling”? — and we'll be curious to see if the #InMyFeelingsChallenge has a much of an impact on the culture as its predecessors.
