The 25-year-old’s moving rendition of the song appeared on her official Instagram account, where she’s previously shared her cover versions – back in 2016, she made her music debut when she covered an acoustic version of Jimmy Eat World’s “The Middle”. Talking to Rolling Stone back in 2015, Cobain revealed some of her favourite music and, surprisingly, her father’s music wasn’t amongst of them. “I don’t really like Nirvana that much,” she said. “I’m more into Mercury Rev, Oasis, Brian Jonestown Massacre. The grunge scene is not what I’m interested in.” Last year Frances modeled for Marc Jacobs’ Spring 2017 campaign alongside rock god Marilyn Manson. Watch the “Hallelujah” cover above.
