Gucci Mane has announced his part in Harmony Korine’s next film, The Trap, alongside James Franco, Al Pacino and Benicio del Toro.
The Atlanta rapper, fresh from prison time imposed due to firearm charges, previously starred in Korine’s Spring Breakers in 2012, also alongside Franco, and a recent Supreme ad shot by the filmmaker.
Speaking in an interview with GQ, Gucci also revealed he has signed a book deal, while additionally developed a clothing line named Delantic with 300 Entertainment’s Todd Moscowitz.
He’s not slowed down on his musical output post-release either. Following a collab with Ye and his release “First Day Out Tha Feds” and other singles, Gucci has dropped the animated video for “All My Children”. His album Woptober is due out in October.
