Having teased out snippets on Instagram yesterday (seriously, who doesn’t these days?), the multi-faceted songwriter Beck is back with a new track and video called “Wow”. The evergreen experimentalist last released an album over two years ago with 2014’s Morning Phase, the one he won a Grammy for that Kanye said he should give back.

He’s back this autumn – October 21 to be precise – with another record, but to tide you over until then, check out “Wow”, a song described fairly accurately as a “retro-futuristic earworm” and one that he was apparently compelled to release on account of the demo’s popularity with his children and their friends.
