MusicNewsDrake’s new album Views is hereThe album formerly known as Views From The 6 arrivesShareLink copied ✔️April 29, 2016MusicNewsTextSelim Bulut After a series of singles, leaks, and memes, Drake’s new album Views is finally here. The 19-track album – known as Views From The 6 until a few days ago – features guest spots from Popcaan, Wizkid, dvsn, Future, Rihanna, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and a posthumous verse from Pimp C. Production-wise, it’s a familial affair, with Noah “40” Shebib and Boi-1da producing the bulk of the tracks – although Kanye West, nineteen85, Southside and more are also credited elsewhere. Sitting down for an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 last night, Drake discussed the album and its inspirations (Stevie Wonder and Alabama Shakes, apparently), and shared a few tidbits about his world, as Billboard report. Amongst the reveleations: he and Kaye West were supposed to make a mixtape together, he’s praying his business-related issues with Birdman will get resolved, and he doesn’t really speak to Nicki Minaj after his beef with Meek Mill (“she dealt with me how I would expect her to – with class. I always have respect and love for her. Unfortunately, we haven’t spoke”). He also says he might be getting back into acting. You can get the album on Apple Music and iTunes now.
