Music / First LookStream a propulsive electronic mix from Lust For YouthSacred Bones' shining trio get paranoid on the dancefloor with a hard-hitting 50 minsShareLink copied ✔️September 22, 2014MusicFirst LookTextDaniel Dylan Wray Originally, Lust For Youth was the solo project of Hannes Norrvide, drenched in icy, bleak, misty sounds; cold and alienating like the harshest of European winters. Yet with International (released in July this year), it transformed into a group effort, creating a slightly warmer and more encompassing kind of synthpop. Their Dazed mix reflects the transformative state of the project over the years, taking in dense fogs of crackling ambience, heavy electronic propulsions and pop bursts. "Lately I've been mostly occupied recording a new project together with, a friend of mine, so I haven't had that much time left to find or listen to new music. But I managed to get a couple of newer songs into this mix that otherwise consists of older favourites. Enjoy.” Tracklist:No Intensions – "Good Intensions"Design A Wave – "Hippasus"Lee Gamble – "Girl Drop"Powell – "A Band"Stargate – "Driving Hyperreality"Vereker – "Untitled"Mischa Pavlovski – "3" Tour dates: Broadcast, Glasgow (Sep 23); Alfie Birds, Birmingham (24); Bello Bar, Dublin (25); The 100 Club, London (26); Soup Kitchen, Manchester (27) Escape the algorithm!
