The LA-based, Phoenix-born singer found herself writing music "accidentally" after she ditched her plans to go to school for "peace studies or photography". The song features her fragile vocal drenched in a wobbling bassline, echoing bells and trap snares, which she describes as having "the dichotomy of being at once vast and wholly intimate". The song is produced by Jaylien Wesley (fun fact: Wesley co-wrote will.i.am's "Scream & Shout") and is a spellbinding combination of space-aged and VHS-like images morphed and molded with warped effects, described as "a compelling visual, inspired by the intricacies of being human and our ability to think into detail and absorb meaning behind subconscious and conscious action."
