If it were it possible to slink in amongst the tiny slips of air encircling the waves of Glass Animals' curvaceous rhythm, snappy percussion and seductive vocals, you'd be gone for quite some time. "Pools" is the alluring new single from the Oxford quartet's debut album ZABA (out June 9), and was recorded at producer Paul Epworth’s studio and will be released on his Wolf Tone label. The track encapsulates their breezy electro-pop with a sticky chaser of R&B – stick it on a slick soundsystem on a tropical beach, or at least fire up the S.A.D. lightbox.
