Music / First LookVisionist – More PainExclusive: Stream the gloom-grime maestro's latest track ahead of tonight's Lit City RaveShareLink copied ✔️February 13, 2014MusicFirst LookTextSian Dolding Last year we made the dread-flecked grime that was Pain our track of the week. Now we're premiering an exclusive new track from Visionist, AKA South London Grime maestro, Louis Carnell's next EP I'm Fine Part II ahead of tonight's Lit City Rave in London. Picking up where Pain left off the heartache literally does live on with Carnell continuing to sample Destiny's Child's Emotions across the hypnotic beat. Speaking about the track Louis said, "My mind wont let these memories go – they are now part of me and that's ok". As the follow-up to Louis's first EP with Lit City Trax, I'm Fine II comes out in April. "If you're satisfied then there will be no extension of your life" he says. "I'm Fine, Part II looks to take my sound somewhere further and define that I'm not restricted by genre but only by my own sound". Catch the king of gloom-grime himself tonight at The Dance Tunnel along with DJ Marfox, Youngstar, Roachee MCing for Prince Rapid, Drippin, J-Cush and Lixo. Get hold of tickets for tonight's Lit City Rave here. Visionist will also be playing Tempo Clash at Autumn Street Studios on April 4. Escape the algorithm!
