Under the #WomenInMaleFields hashtag, legions of straight women are posting tongue-in-cheek videos describing hypothetical situations where they give men a taste of their own medicine. “When he explains exactly what I’ve done wrong so I hit him with ‘I’m sorry you feel that way’”, reads one. “Haven’t texted him back but just liked his story,” reads another. The videos expose just how ridiculous men can be, with their popularity illustrating how (unfortunately) universal these experiences are among straight women.
