Shakira claims that wild boars attacked her and tried to steal her bag

The boars are back in town

Cast your mind back to the before times when, for a brief moment, 30-50 feral hogs ran rampant across backyards in America and our Twitter feeds. Well, we hate to inform you, but the boars are back in town – and they’ve set their sights on Shakira.

The pop star took to Instagram Stories yesterday (September 29) to share a story about how two wild boars attacked her in the park and stole her bag and phone.

Sharing a video of her torn bag covered in mud, she said in Spanish: “Look at how two the wild boars that attacked me in the park have left my bag. They were taking my bag to the woods with my mobile phone in it. They’ve destroyed everything.”

We all know that Shakira’s hips don’t lie, so we’d like to pin her as a fearless opponent. Then again, the power of the hog knows no bounds. Lest we remind you of that time they destroyed $22,000 worth of cocaine in one fell swoop. Yep.
